The 125 Gallon / 475 Litre is our entry level custom, backyard, offset smoker. Having cooked on a fair few smokers we have found that you always desire more space so why not start with a little room. This smoker has the option for Skids, Castors or a four wheel package.
The extendable shelf that comes with the Standard 125 has enough room to comfortably cook 6 average size Briskets.
