The 265 Gallon / 1000 Litre is the first of our Offset smokers with multiple cook chamber doors, its also the last smoker that we give the option for heavy duty castors. Four Tel-Tru thermometers come as standard on this smoker, two per door. More thermometers are available upon request.
The extendable shelves that come with the Standard 265 have enough room to comfortably cook 12 average size Briskets.
